This Monday, 9 September 2019, Hayes’ Bar & Kitchen will be participating in A Taste of West Cork 2019. Chef David Wine will be using fresh seafood and combining it with ingredients, herbs and spices to create a range of dishes guaranteed to excite the taste buds and flavours to please the palate.
