For the fourth year in a row, we have been nominated for the Irish Hospitality Global Awards, this year it comes as quite the honour to be included in the Irish Food Oscars, especially when competing with Irish restaurants from across the county and around the rest of the world.
We have been shortlisted in two categories: Best food experience and Best Chef. We would like to wish all the other competitors the very bast of luck in the upcoming competition and look forward to finding out the results with them on the 8th of October.
As a part of the nomination, we had to put together a 2 minute video which would help the judges get a feel of who we are, what do and what the restaurant is like. We are never disappointed with the range of skills that our staff possess, they always manage to take on every challenge that arises to the fullest of their abilities. In this case a huge thank you to Josh Slocum for being our director, videographer and editor for this video, we know that you are going to achieve great things wherever you go!
